Mystery surrounds the latest delays to the NSC flumes, with Manx Radio reporting, “The sign off process for the new flumes at the National Sports Centre is still ‘ongoing’.”
3FM has published a statement attributed to a Government spokesperson:
“The sign off process for the flumes, leisure pool and splash zone is still ongoing and a further update will be issued in due course.”

The Manx TaxPayers’ Alliance has obtained photographs of the construction area in the NSC swimming pool, which suggest further delays.
