Schools are essential services, students suffer due to poor DESC management

The extensive research and analysis by the Manx TaxPayers’ Alliance found that during the Quayle Administration, staff numbers in the Department of Education, Sport and Culture increased by around 20%. Despite that surge in staff, no extra teachers or lecturers were hired: the surge in staff numbers came entirely in other roles.

Extremely high Manx inflation moves even higher
