The Isle of Man’s unemployment rate was 1.7% in July 2022, up a very small amount from June 2022.
According to the standard international definition, 747 people were estimated to be unemployed in the Isle of Man in July 2022. This is a marginal increase of 17 people compared to the 730 unemployed people in June 2022.
This is the third consecutive monthly increase in the number of people who are estimated to be unemployed in the Isle of Man, although each increase has been very small.
